A seasoned leader, Dr. VMST is adept at creating positive change in complex environments. She has a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative solutions that improve organizational performance. Her passion is to see people come into a relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in their faith.

She obtained her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Secondary Education, English, and her master’s degree in Education Administration and Supervision from Loyola University Chicago. She became the first person in her family to have a doctoral degree when she completed her Higher Education Administration doctorate from Loyola University Chicago.
